Field Sales Specialist

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferably in field sales (outside sales)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to deal well with rejection and have a positive attitude every day.
  • ٍٍٍExperience in the Software and Information Technology Industry
  • Well organized and planned to meet and exceed the targets.
  • Able to communicate in English (Spoken/Written)
  • َAny experience in Account Management is an asset.
  • Any experience in SaaS is an asset.
  • Any experience in the Retail Industry is an asset.
  • University degree BSc/BA (preferred)


Responsibilities :

  • Schedule field activities for yourself and the follow-up activities independently to customer needs recognition, sell, and renew the contracts
  • Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers
  • Strategically prepare, meet and exceed Alefba sales targets in assigned groups of customers
  • Ensure successful implementation of all sales and training support tools regarding the current products, or new product launches and daily field activities
  • Diplomatically address and resolve any challenges to maintain strong relationships and ensure solid brand integrity
  • Perform continuous field studies to prepare valuable market feedback
  • Report to the Sales Manager
